 We are a small but most certainly a growing business. We are a team of two who work hard to get all our orders made processed with our time frame. We aim to fulfil your orders within 14 days working days (Monday-Saturday) from the day of your order is placed. However, if your 14th day falls on a Sunday, your order will be fulfilled the next following day.  All products purchased by you guys are made to order, this is the reason for our timeframe. We hand-make them all at Hidden Cosmetics HQ where all the magic happens! Once your order has been fulfilled, you will then receive an email shipping confirmation with your tracking information (if it was selected at your checkout) this is recommended so it allows you to follow the exact location of your package!

UPDATE ON COVID-19 :  We are shipping orders out as normal however there may be delays in the postal system (Transit) within the United Kingdom and International that are out of our hands. For all  international customers, Please allow four to six weeks for your order to arrive. 

UK Delivery:

For UK orders, your package will be sent standard 1st Class. However, there is also an option for you to choose whether you would like your order to be tracked.

Custom & Taxes
We are not liable for any import tax charges that your country may apply. As the buyers, you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. This now includes all European countries following Brexit, this is out of our control. If customs and import duties are required, this must be paid as soon as possible otherwise it may delay your package further, this is also not our responsibility. 

If under the circumstance that you are unable or do not want to pay these fees, that is entirely fine and under your discretion. However, this will result in your order being sent back to Hidden cosmetics HQ and a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. In order to receive your refund, the package itself must be back in our possession however long that may take.

Christmas & New Years
The holidays are here and we are so excited! This is the time everyone is getting their shopping in but of course that means double the work for our postal service! Due to these circumstances, this will affect the usual delivery timeframe starting 1st November, please expect delays. We are unable to guarantee packages to arrive by Christmas.
