I Changed My Mind, I Don’t Want It Anymore!
We are sorry you feel this way and even though we would have loved to make your order, you can cancel your order but this must be done within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once 24 hours have passed we are unable to cancel your order as the we would have begun the process of making your order.

Can I Have A Refund?
If you wish to refund your items, please inform us as soon as possible as our products are made to order! Please contact us via our email address which is The email must contain our order number and the reason for wanting to cancel. You can have up to 24 hours to ask for a refund.

I Received The Wrong/Missing Item!
We aren’t perfect but we are problem solvers! Once you notice the missing or wrong item, contact us straight away via email at along with your order number and photos of both the product and the front and back of your packaging. This will be dealt with accordingly.

My Order Has Been Marked As Delivered But I Don’t Have it?
We are sorry to to hear that you have not yet received your order. If you are an international customer and it has passed the 2 week mark from when you received your shipping confirmation, please give an extra week in case your items may be stuck at customs in your country. If a week passes and your order is still not with you, the next step is to contact customer service at so we can investigate further. We always recommend recorded service when checking out so you are able to see the exact location of your parcel to avoid situations such as this. If a few weeks pass and nothing turns up on either end, we are unable to refund you till the products are back in our possession which they will eventually as we always attach a return assures on each parcel. Unfortunately we can’t be held responsible for the length of time your package tajes to reach us. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Can You Refund My Shipping Too?
All original shipping fees and any return shipping charges are non-refundable unless it was an error from our side or if you received a damaged item.

Replacements: If you have received your product and it has been damaged during transit, we can offer a replacement and shipping costs are covered! To qualify for a replacement, an email containing evidence of the damaged product should be sent within 24 hours of receiving your product. Please state your order number when sending your email.


Due to the intimate nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns.
